1. Introduction

Welcome to the Book N Pay Affiliate Program ("Program"), operated by Book N Pay ("Book N Pay," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your application to and participation in the Program as an individual affiliate, content creator, influencer, company, corporate partner, or travel agent ("Affiliate" or "you").

By submitting an application or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and any applicable written affiliate agreement or program policy.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• Meet applicable legal age and capacity requirements.
• For corporate affiliates, provide accurate company and authorized representative details.
• Provide valid contact and payment information when requested.
• Comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and promptly updating any changes. You must not impersonate another person or submit information without proper authorization.

3. Application Review & Verification

All applications are subject to review and verification by the Book N Pay administration team. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program.

Your application status may remain pending while we review the information and supporting documents you provide.

We may request additional information when reasonably necessary. You may participate in the Program and earn commissions only after approval and activation, subject to the applicable program rules.

4. Affiliate Commission

Approved Affiliates may earn commissions from eligible bookings generated through their designated affiliate referral links or tracking mechanisms.

Commission eligibility, calculation methods, applicable rates, booking qualification criteria, and attribution rules will be determined by the applicable program documentation or written agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable program rules, a booking may need to be completed and confirmed before a commission becomes payable. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, disputed, or otherwise ineligible bookings may not qualify.

Changes to commission arrangements will be communicated in accordance with the applicable agreement and these Terms.

5. Commission Payments

Commission payments are subject to verification of eligible transactions, applicable adjustments, and the payment procedures established by Book N Pay.

Affiliates must provide accurate payment details and any reasonably required supporting documentation. Delays may occur if information is incomplete, incorrect, or requires further verification.

Any minimum payout threshold, payment cycle, payment method, currency, and applicable fees will be communicated separately through the relevant affiliate documentation.

Affiliates are responsible for applicable taxes, declarations, and reporting obligations as required by law.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Book N Pay honestly, professionally, and in good faith.
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when required by applicable law or advertising rules.
• Provide accurate information about Book N Pay and its services.
• Comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and marketing laws.
• Protect your account credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
• Respect the rights, privacy, and interests of customers and other parties.

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not engage in activities that manipulate the Program, mislead customers, or compromise referral tracking.

• Generating fake bookings, fraudulent referrals, or artificial transactions.
• Using bots, automated clicks, or deceptive tracking methods.
• Misrepresenting commission rates, booking terms, prices, or hotel information.
• Making unauthorized guarantees or commitments on behalf of Book N Pay.
• Using spam or unlawful advertising practices.
• Infringing intellectual property rights or impersonating Book N Pay.
• Engaging in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct related to the Program.

Suspected violations may result in investigation, temporary suspension, withholding of disputed commissions where permitted, or termination in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, website content, promotional materials, and other intellectual property owned or licensed by Book N Pay remain the property of their respective owners.

Affiliates may use designated promotional materials solely for approved Program activities and in accordance with applicable brand guidelines. No ownership rights are transferred to an Affiliate.

9. Suspension & Termination

Affiliates may request to leave the Program by contacting Book N Pay through its official communication channels.

Book N Pay may suspend or terminate participation where reasonably necessary, including material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, inaccurate registration information, unlawful activity, or risks to customers or the integrity of the Program.

Upon termination, permission to use affiliate links and Program promotional materials will end. Outstanding commissions will be handled under applicable program rules, subject to verification, legitimate adjustments, and applicable law.

10. Liability & Disclaimer

Affiliates participate in the Program as independent parties. Unless expressly agreed in writing, participation does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship with Book N Pay.

Affiliates are not authorized to enter into contracts, incur obligations, or make representations on behalf of Book N Pay without prior written authorization.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Book N Pay may collect and process Affiliate information for application review, verification, Program administration, commission processing, communications, and compliance with legal obligations.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Book N Pay Privacy Policy .

12. Changes to These Terms

Book N Pay may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to the Program, operational requirements, or applicable law.

Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels where required. The effective date will be indicated in the updated Terms. Where required by law, your consent will be obtained before changes take effect.
